Documentation: EPO's reply to 3rd party

In continuation of announcement no. 19 of August 14, 2009, the document that contains the justification for EPO's decision is made available for download as it has not yet been published on EPO's website.
EPO has informed CCH that the objections filed on July 16, 2009, have not given reason for EPO to change its decision.
